Contract Compliance Workspace (Agentic App)

What it does

The Contract Compliance Workspace coordinates agents that:

• Read every active contract to extract pricing, terms, renewal dates, obligations, and SLAs.
• Watch for drift — invoiced pricing diverging from contracted pricing, missed obligations, missed renewals.
• Flag risk — auto-renew clauses about to trigger, MFN clauses being violated, escalation events approaching.
• Draft action — renewal proposals, renegotiation prep, customer outreach.

It's a workspace for revenue ops, sales ops, and legal — three teams that today work in different tools and miss each other's signals.

Why it matters

Revenue leakage from contract drift is huge and silent. Most companies discover they undercharged Customer X for two years only when somebody finally diffs invoiced vs. contracted. The Workspace makes that diff continuous.
